The 2009 Pirelli Calendar

It's nearing December a time when temperatures are dropping to freezing lows so what else would be better than a warm trip to Africa. The 2009 edition of the famous Pirelli Calendar was set in Botswana, where photographer Peter Beard shot seven of the most well known models in the world (Isabeli Fontana, Daria Werbowy amongst the rest) over a time period of ten days to deliver some of the most arousing and appealing images to date by the calendar. Due to copyrights Pirelli does not want the re-distribution of any of their content, so no pics on this blog.

News was released yesterday that there is an almost 100% chance that Ciara's supposed to be upcoming album Fantasy Ride is going to be shelved. With sooo much of the material leaking and her first single "Go Girl" feat. T-Pain failing they must be trying to leak a song with the hopes that it will catch on with the mainstream world. American Music Awards 2008

I would have to say last night had the best lineup of performers in a long time, from Kanye to the the Fray to Natasha Bedingfield and so on. It was the night of the ladies, with 13 of the 19 performances being female musicians. All in all it was a good show but that 3 hours was stretching it a bit too much even with all the performances.
