808's & Heartbreak by Kanye West

Photobucket
(Alternate album cover from iTunes by artist KAWS)

Mr. West is back in a little over a year with his fourth studio album, "808's & Heartbreak". Inspired to do this album because of his personal tragedies within the past year he has delivered another excellent album filled with emotional and meaningful content. The album was completed over multiple sessions in Hawaii. This album takes a different direction, for one he sings the whole album and two he sings it in Auto-tune. That's why Kanye is one of the greatest, he steps out of the box and keeps the scene fresh and new. The first single, "Love Lockdown" first premiered at the '08 VMA's and has since been burning up the charts. Through his blog he kept fans up to date with the album by personally leaking some of the tracks and over time tweaking them(gatta love a perfectionist). Overall every single is different from what he has done and will not be accepted by all his fans but that's what makes the whole album FIYAAAA. Robocop was criticized but that is one of the better tracks of the album. On that note be sure to go out and BUY the album on NOV. 24th. Check the FULL POST for the stream.
