It's about time time! The boys of The Fray are getting ready to release their self-titled sophomore album on February 3rd, 2009. They released their first effort "How to Save a Life" back in '05 and they put the finishing touches to their new album back in July of this year. This new single is not set to hit radio waves until December but they will be performing at the American Music Awards live this Sunday at 8p.m. on ABC.
