With Kelly Clarkson determined to comeback from the less than successful My December released about two years ago she and her people have enlisted the help of one of 2008's breakout artists Katy Perry. Kelly's second single "I Do Not Hook Up", partially written by Katy Perry, is another great pop track that the radios will eat up.
